Watauga River fishing report

Spring is rapidly approaching and the fish are ready to eat. The Watauga tail water has been producing a consistent midday bite as the baetis get active. There's a good chance of seeing rising fish in the early afternoon. The prehatch nymph bite has been productive.  Things are only going to get better as we move into April.  The caddis hatch is right around the corner. Call 828 719-1543 to book your trip.
