Watauga river is firing up. Plenty of bugs coming off. Caddis are tapering off in the lower river but sulphurs are taking their place. The middle river is still seeing some grannom and sulphurs. The midday nymph bite has been fantastic and there is good potential for some dry fly fishing in the afternoon into the evening.
